You take ownership of store operations and team leadership, working collaboratively to drive business
As Assistant Store Manager, you share responsibility for building a high-performing team,
meeting operational budgets, and developing a proactive business strategy alongside the management team.
Inspire, lead, and coach the store team to foster a culture of accountability and high performance.

Lead by example on the sales floor, driving results and holding yourself and the team accountable.

Ensure consistent client communication using all available clienteling tools.

Maintain inventory integrity through scheduled audits and bi-annual inventories.
Utilize company communication platforms effectively and take appropriate action on updates.
