ABOUT EXPERIMENTAL ROMA
Opening in october 2026 on Via Ludovisi, just off the legendary Via Veneto, Experimental Roma will be a vibrant and cinematic new destination from Experimental.
Housed in a former bank, the hotel has been transformed by interior designer Rodolphe Parente into a space that embodies the essence of la dolce vita: elegant, timeless, and irresistibly Italian.
The property will feature 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar,
and a spectacular rooftop with a suspended pool offering breathtaking views over the magnificent cityscape of Rome.

ABOUT THE JOB
Under the supervision of the Restaurant Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
Operational management
- Oversee operations of the restaurant, ensuring the smooth running of the venue.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality food and beverages are served to customers.
- Create a welcoming environment for customers and drive a guest focus culture.
- Handle and provide adequate solution to customer complaints.
- Report customer feedback to the Restaurant Manager.
- Propose rapid and well-thought-out solutions in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
- Oversee the cleanliness of the venue and pay attention to possible health hazards and regulation viol
