ResponsibilitiesAdvise customers on the best approach to integration challenges and effective use of our platformAnalyse individual customer requirements and create concepts for customised solutionsImplement complex technical solutions based on the SEEBURGER product portfolioSupport customers in the smooth commissioning with documentation and trainingWork in a mixed team consisting of customer employees and SEEBURGER experts, remotely or on siteTake responsibility for individual sub-projects or the entire customer relationshipContribute to the further development of products through feedback to product managementRequirementsEnjoy complex challengesStrong analytical mindsetExperience in designing and implementing IT solutions, ideally in the integration environment (B2B, MFT, API)Solid general IT knowledge (operating systems, databases, networks,



security)Experience in the EDI environmentFamiliar with standard EDI processesExperience in the automotive and retail industries is an advantageAdditional knowledge in the e-invoicing environment is a plusSeveral years of experience with integration platforms (e.g. SEEBURGER, Axway, SAP PI/PO, Tibco, IBM, Cleo, Software AG)Familiar with message formats such as EDIFACT, VDA, Odette, ANSI X12, XML, SAP IDoc and communication protocols like AS2, X.400 / P7, FTP/S, SFTP, mailExperience with ERP interfaces (e.g. SAP, Oracle, ProALPHA, ABAS, Navision)Experience with cloud services and deployments (AWS, Azure, GDC) is desirableProgramming skills are a plus
