Responsibilities Serve as a trusted HR point of contact for employees and managers across Italy, Spain, and Portugal, while maintaining flexibility to support broader EMEA countries.
Deliver a wide range of HR services in a customer‐focused, responsive, and professional manner.
Manage end‐to‐end HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employment contracts, benefits administration, payroll‐related processes, and offboarding activities.
Maintain, update,



and audit employee data within the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
Support HR operations by preparing and maintaining required documentation, reports, records, and employee correspondence.
Apply in‐depth knowledge of Italian employment legislation and statutory requirements, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and HR processes.
Ensure adherence to local legal requirements and relevant international regulations across supported countries.
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, recommend enhancements, and support system optimisation initiatives that enable business growth and scalability.
Coordinate and monitor immigration‐related processes, ensuring compliance and timely completion of required documentation.
Manage benefits enrollment activities and administration.
Provide ad‐hoc operational and administrative support to the wider EMEA HR team as req
