We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager ECR specializing in Point of Sale (POS) systems, telematic cash registers, and retail management/fiscal software for the Italian market. In this role based in Milan, you will be the key driver for the evolution of our product portfolio (software and/or hardware), leading the roadmap from inception to market launch. You will work closely with software development teams, hardware partners, legal/compliance departments, and marketing to ensure our solutions are not only innovative and user‐friendly but also rigorously compliant.

Product Vision & Roadmap Definition
Define, plan, and manage the product roadmap for POS systems and associated cloud/on‐premise retail management software.
Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications and user stories for the development teams.
Continuously monitor the product lifecycle, defining and tracking key success metrics.
Fiscal Compliance & Integrations (Italy Focus)
Actively monitor updates to Italian fiscal regulations regarding retail trade and large‐scale distribution (e.g., Telematic Recorders, XML daily transactional report transmissions, Receipt Lottery, Electronic Invoicing, and POS/digital payment regulations).
Collaborate with tax consultants and certification bodies to guarantee hardware and software compliance with the guidelines of the Italian Revenue Agency.
