The Vet Office is currently recruiting Mixed Veterinary Surgeons to join a number of well-established veterinary practices across Ireland.
This is an excellent opportunity for veterinarians who enjoy both companion animal and farm animal practice and are looking to develop their careers in a supportive, modern environment.
What we are looking for Minimum 1 year of experience in mixed veterinary practice (small and large animals).
Degree in Veterinary Medicine recognised within the EU.
C1 Cambridge Certificate or IELTS (required for registration with the Veterinary Council of Ireland).
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Full driving licence is desirable.
What is on offer
Salary: €45,000 – €85,000 per year, depending on experience.

Clinical work
Depending on the practice, your caseload may include:
Companion animal consultations and surgery.
Dairy and beef herd health.
Reproductive management.
Calf medicine.
Preventive herd health programmes.
Emergency and out-of-hours duties (practice dependent).
Client advisory and farm visits.
