A Senior Power Electronics Engineer is sought by Ampere Recruitment for a client at the forefront of medium voltage power conversion. You will lead MVDC converter design from concept to qualification, owning topology selection, simulation, hardware design, and validation while mentoring junior engineers.You will collaborate with systems, controls, and mechanical teams to deliver robust MVDC solutions and drive technical strategy in a fast-moving environment in Bologna, Italy.
