This Position reports to: Global Head of IP and Digital, Robotics As Lead Counsel Digital, AI, & Cyber Law, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's digital business and transformation initiatives reporting directly to the Head of IP. You will partner with business leaders, technology teams,



and group functions to provide practical legal and compliance guidance, ensuring that innovation and growth in digital solutions are underpinned by sound legal frameworks and integrity standards.
The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-hybrid The location for the role is flexible in Europe and US.
Provide legal advice and support on digital business initiatives, including AI, cloud services, datacentre, software, licensing, and technology-driven solutions.
Responsible for guiding the company's digital strategy, leveraging AI and emerging technologies.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of digital and technology-related agreements with global customers, partners, and suppliers.
Support digital transformation projects, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
