Working across a global innovation environment, Program Managers support the successful execution of internal and external multidisciplinary programs while helping teams maintain visibility, structure, and operational rigor. They contribute to both program activities and the systems, processes, and information that enable effective delivery.
As a junior Program Manager, you will help coordinate key initiatives while supporting the operational heartbeat of the Innovation Team. You will work across planning, reporting, knowledge management, business tracking, and performance analysis activities, helping identify trends, surface opportunities, improve workflows, and ensure leaders have the information needed to make timely and informed decisions.
