Join us and help run what runs the world.This position reports to:Quality ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to drive two interconnected strategic pillars: Product Compliance - ensuring all products meet applicable quality standards and environmental/sustainability requirements - and Integrated Management System (IMS) — implementing and maintaining a comprehensive framework of policies, processes, and procedures according to mainly ISO standards that ensures consistent quality, environmental, and safety performance. The role works cross-functionally to embed a culture of compliance, excellence, and continuous improvement across the organization.The work model for the role is: #LI-HybridIn this role, you'll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:Coordinate with R&D;, Engineering,
and Supply Chain to integrate compliance requirements into product development and procurement processes.Maintain up-to-date product compliance documentation, including declarations of conformity and technical files and act as entry point for customer's requests related to product's performance and compliance.Ensure compliance with applicable environmental directives and regulations, including WEEE, RoHS, REACH, and Conflict Minerals.Monitor evolving environmental legislation and proactively identify compliance gaps and corrective actions.Support the implementation and maintenance of the IMS framework (Quality, Environmental, and Safety) in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and IRIS, MID.Ensure that IMS policies, processes, and procedures are effectively documented, communicated, and followed across functions and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) arising fro
