HHLA PLT Italy is seeking a Gate Manager to lead gate-in/gate-out operations, Interfaces with gate clerks, ISPS, and terminal stakeholders in Trieste. You will supervise the Gate Coordinator and Gate Operators on daily shifts and occasionally night shifts for 24/7 operations.The role requires strong logistics knowledge, KPIs management, and the ability to coordinate across internal and external partners to ensure cargo integrity and operational efficiency.
