ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced a Performance Marketing Manager - Digital Channels to drive profitable growth across Champion.com, marketplaces and key digital partners by managing performance marketing and retail media activities.
The role is responsible for planning, executing and optimizing campaigns, ensuring that media investments deliver measurable business results. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, the position connects digital performance with sales, stock availability and commercial objectives.




YOUR IMPACT
Define and manage the Performance Marketing strategy across DTC, .COM, marketplaces and digital partners.
Develop annual, seasonal and campaign investment plans and allocate budgets across channels, markets and platforms, aligned with sales targets product priorities and key commercial moments.
Establish clear objectives, KPIs and measurement frameworks across channels and campaigns.
Manage Paid Media activities across Paid Search, Paid Social, Shopping, Display, Affiliate and Retargeting to drive qualitative traffic, conversion, acquisition and revenue growth.
Plan, execute and optimize Retail Media and campaigns within marketplaces, and pure-player platforms.
Manage campaigns end-to-end, from briefing and setup to activation, performance monitoring, optimization and evaluation.
Manage relevant platform solutions, including sponsored products, sponsored brands, search advertising,
