As our Land acquisition specialist in Rome, you'll be at the forefront of securing the sites that make the energy transition real - project by project, landowner by landowner.

The Land acquisition specialist develops finds, secures, and manages land rights for solar (PV and Agri-PV), onshore wind, and battery storage systems. Key tasks include scouting of the sites, negotiating lease and or purchase agreements, and talking with property owners. The Land acquisition specialist travels to the different areas where projects are located, assesses the technical suitability of the land, and leads negotiations with landowners. You will report to the Managing Director and work closely with our development and legal teams.





Develop comprehensive strategies for acquiring and leasing parcels required for project development
Prepare commercial offers and negotiation details in coordination with Legal and Development teams
Maintain positive relationships with landowners and local project stakeholders
Assess site value and conduct due diligence to confirm eligibility for acquisition
Search for and verify landowner contact information, ensuring correct assignment to corresponding plots
Obtain and analyze title deeds from property registries and notaries; review property boundaries for consistency with maps and actual land conditions
Monitor competitor land acquisition activity and market dynamics to support strategic siting decisions

Degree in Law, Agricultural Sciences, Architecture, Geography, or related field
