Ensure proper supplier capacity management, preventing risks of overloading or under-utilization. Align suppliers with the brand's quality, sustainability, and innovation objectives. In collaboration with the Compliance team, assure suppliers compliance and performance through regular audits. Analyze market trends and supply chain risks. Prepare and conduct supplier performance reviews in collaboration with the Procurement Manager and other departments. Ensure the purchasing of materials for new collections. Profilo Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields. 5+ years of experience in Strategic Purchasing, ideally in fashion/luxury. Excellent negotiation and contract management skills. Knowledge of market dynamics related to the assigned category. Strong command of Excel and Power BI (or equivalent tools).
