Pomilio Blumm, a leading pan-European agency specializing in international public communication, is looking for a talented and dynamic Event and Project Assistant to join our team based in Bologna, Italy.

Key Responsibilities
Working closely with senior project managers and event coordinators, you will actively support the team with:
- Project Support: Assisting in the execution and delivery of public communication and client projects of varying complexity.
- Event Planning: Helping map out and implement the calendar for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
- Logistics & Procurement: Supporting venue scouting, supplier negotiations (catering, AV/technical support, interpreting, logistics), and managing bookings.
- Budgeting & Timelines: Assisting with project schedules, tracking deliverables, and supporting cost management and reporting.
- Operational Coordination:
Helping coordinate workflows with subcontractors, freelancers, and on-site production teams.
Requirements
- Education: Degree (or currently completing studies) in Communication, Marketing, Languages, International Relations, Business, or a related field.
- Language Skills: High proficiency in English (B2/C1 level minimum). Knowledge of Italian or Spanish is a strong plus.
- Interest in EU/Public Sector: Strong interest in or familiarity with European Union projects, international institutions, or public administration dynamics.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding organizational skills, ability to prioritize workloads, strong attention to detail, and a proactive multitasking mindset.
- Mobility: Flexibility to travel within Italy or abroad when required by project demands.
