The role
You are the single point of accountability for internal IT and the workplace as we scale from 200 to 300+ people across 4+ countries. You own device lifecycle, access, company software, and the technical experience of all-hands and internal events. You build the foundations (IdP, MDM, inventory, processes) and make them scale with growth.
We are looking for a builder: someone who has already set up or structured IT ops in a growing company, not only operated a mature stack.
What you will do
Foundations (first months)
- Select and set up an IdP (e.g. Google Workspace, Okta) and MDM for device management
- Build a complete asset inventory and its lifecycle
- Put onboarding/offboarding on a process, with tracked and timely access removal (security-relevant)
- Define the support model that fits Milan and the out-of-office teams best as we grow
IT Operations & Support
- Point of reference for day-to-day technical support (hardware, software, connectivity) in Milan
- Remote support and coordination of local hands for Barcelona, Madrid and Berlin
- SLAs and a reusable internal knowledge base
Onboarding / Offboarding & access
- Devices and access ready for every new hire's day one, across all countries
- Tracked account provisioning and deprovisioning
- Asset inventory and lifecycle (purchase, assignment, reassignment, decommissioning)
SaaS & Vendor Management
- Ownership of company-level software subscriptions: licenses, renewals, costs, seats
- Manage IT vendors (hardware and software procurement), tracking performance and spend
- Multi-country hardware logistics: shipping, customs, VAT, local warranties
Workplace & AV
- Set up and run audio/video equipment for all-hands and company-wide presentations
- Meeting rooms: booking system, microphones, screens, room reliability
Must-have
- Experience in IT ops / IT support at a growing company, with at least one setup built or structured independently
