Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving digital transformation and operational excellence leading the Industrial Tech Team. The position is based in Scandicci (FI) or Vigonza (PD).MISSIONManage the lifecycle of business applications and related services. Partner with business stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver effective solutions. Lead IT projects from design to deployment.
Must be able to anticipate and be proactive on new solutions proposal Manage internal teams, external vendors, and technology partners. Ensure application performance, security, reliability, and compliance. Drive process optimization and digital transformation initiatives. Oversee integrations and data flows across enterprise systems. Monitor service levels, project progress, budgets, and risks. Support testing, deployment, and change management activities.
