Who are we looking for? A Head of Sales responsible for leading and structuring an international team of Account Managers across multiple European countries, acting as a bridge between top management and field sales, driving growth, execution, and commercial performance. Must have?

Netherlands,· Drive commercial execution, supporting both new business development and ongoing opportunities· Act as a key interface between sales teams and internal functions (engineering, back office, top management)· Monitor and manage sales KPIs: revenue, pipeline, conversion rate, forecast accuracy· Support key client meetings and strategic negotiations, including joint visits with Account Managers· Operate in a fast-changing, high-pressure, performance-oriented environmentIdeal Candidate· Significant experience in electronics, components, or adjacent technical sectors .
