Working closely with portfolio teams, field marketing, and subject matter experts, the role creates compelling content across a range of formats, including case studies, customer stories, blog posts, videos, advertising, landing pages, white papers, and digital campaign assets.The ideal candidate combines strong communication and storytelling skills with an interest in technology, or brings technical expertise and the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging content. The role is well suited to candidates from content, communications, engineering, technical writing, product marketing,
or related technical disciplines.A key requirement is the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, audience-focused content tailored to different stages of the buyer journey, while ensuring alignment with brand, legal, compliance, and corporate communications requirements. The successful candidate will be able to bridge the gap between technical expertise and audience needs, translating complex concepts into compelling content that informs, educates, and influences decision-makers.The Content Specialist is also expected to leverage the latest AI-powered content creation, research, productivity, and workflow automation tools to improve efficiency, enhance content quality, and support content strategy execution.
