What will you have to do:

Internal presentation of the projects for the approval and definition of the next steps; Prioritization of projects based on the strategy defined by the VP Development according to the strategic expansion plan;According to the negotiation policy established for each project: (i) direct management of negotiations with the owners, until their closure and/or (ii) support to the negotiations conducted by the Development Director; - Preparation of the necessary documentation for the approval of projects; - Constant analysis of the assigned area market to identify potential growth markets and enhance brand growth based on the strategic growth plan. Minimum 5 year of experience in the same position or similar role mainly focused on negotation processes, coming from a multinational environment, preferably in hotels, agencies, TTOO, or real estate agencies or consultants specialized in the hotel market.
