Saipem Offshore Construction (SOC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Saipem S.p.A. SOC brings together all operational activities in Italy related to fabrication, technical services, maintenance, and logistics, providing essential support for the execution of offshore construction and offshore wind projects.
As 1st Offshore Construction Shift Supervisor , you will be part of the Asset Based Services BL ( ABSER ) within the Offshore Operations Department.

How can you support us? Coordinate work and manpower on board for the assigned shift in compliance with Project specification, in order to ensure efficient performance and respecting HSE and Quality procedures and practices
Assist the Offshore Construction Manager with regard to interdisciplinary coordination of all works on board
Supervise the team of foremen and supervisors, with regard to the various disciplines/categories of construction and assembly work, in order to comply with the quality and safety standard
Coordinate the construction activities during the shift and optimise all production phases
Ensure that the Offshore Construction Manager is kept fully informed of potential problems and construction status
Liaise with Chief Mate, 2nd Engineer and Vessel Equipment Engineer in order to ensure preventive maintenance and construction activities
Liaise with subcontractors’ supervisors to optimize production
Solve matters related to coordination,
