What You'll Do Lead innovation and customer-driven development projects from concept to industrial validation Apply structured Innovation & Product Development processes (stage-gate approach) Ensure clear documentation, milestone tracking, and project progression Evaluate industrial feasibility (materials, processes, product solutions) Coordinate validation plans (mechanical,
