Join the team and create the future of customer experience together.If this sounds like you, we’d glad to hear from you.Your Role at GenesysAs a Senior Account Executive – Enterprise, you will drive strategic growth within a defined portfolio of large Enterprise accounts in Italy, including but not limited to Government and State-owned companies.
You’ll also be assigned a set of prospects where new business can be developed. You will focus on expanding existing relationships, identifying transformation opportunities, and positioning the full Genesys Cloud platform at C-level, as well as developing new opportunities in a green field patch of customers.You will act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and orchestrate cross-functional teams to win complex, high-value deals; work with partners and system integrators to develop new business in the green field.Responsibilities* Own and grow a portfolio of strategic Enterprise accounts and a set of prospects.* Develop and execute multi-year account plans aligned with customer business objectives and prospects potential.* Drive upsells, cross-sell, and transformation initiatives (Cloud migration, AI, Digital).* Engage with C-level and senior executives to position business value.* Lead complex, consultative sales cycles with
