Your growth journey
During your 6-month internship with us you will have the opportunity to learn everything about People organization and supporting the business in P&O; related topics . By the end of your internship, you will be set up with the best knowledge and hands-on experience to equip you for your professional career in HR.
A tutor will support you in experiencing the HR processes.
You’ll make an impact by :
- Assisting in driving development-focused P&O; strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall employee experience across the organization (employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing programs, leadership development, upskilling, reskilling, and career growth initiatives)
- Assisting the team in researching best practices, preparing presentations, workshop materials, and communication content for strategic P&O; programs
- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to collect insights, analyze data, monitor KPIs, and support project governance and reporting activities
- Contributing to enhance P&O; processes and efficiency
- Addressing P&O-related; inquiries and support during workshops, and meetings
