Job Description
BD is hiring for the exciting opportunity of Senior Product Manager Women’s Health
As a Senior Product Manager for Women’s Health at BD, your days will be filled with strategic planning, collaboration, and driving impactful initiatives. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that position BD as a trusted partner in minimally invasive breast biopsy practices across the European Union.
This role offers location flexibility across Europe.
About The Role
The Senior Product Manager Women’s Health is accountable for accelerating growth, adoption,



and customer engagement for BD’s Women’s Health Solutions across European Union. This role drives regional marketing planification execution, commercial readiness, and field enablement, ensuring BD is positioned as the trusted partner supporting best-in-class minimally invasive breast biopsy practices.
Working in a matrix environment, the Senior Product Manager collaborates closely with Product Managers, Sales, European Marketing Team, Medical Affairs, Professional Education, Market Access, Finance, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Global Marketing to deliver impactful programs, strengthen customer loyalty, and achieve business targets.
