HR Specialist – Personnel Administration

We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable person who is passionate about HR administration. Here’s what it takes to be our new HR Specialist:
- Experience : At least 3–4 years in HR administrative roles or similar positions.
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Technical skills : Familiarity with HR and management software for tracking attendance and payroll (e.g., Zucchetti or similar).
- Soft skills : Precision, attention to detail, organizational skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Attitude : Proactive and eager to grow in an international environment.
What will you do?
- Regulatory compliance : Ensure that all procedures comply with labor regulations and company policies.
- Employee support : Answer questions about paychecks, benefits, and administrative matters.
- Reporting : Create HR reports on turnover, personnel costs, and other KPIs to support strategic decisions.
