We are looking for an experienced
Tournant (m/f/d)
to strengthen our Sonnwies team
Your Tasks With Us
Independent work in various positions, including mise-en-place work
Daily control of the inventory
Responsibility for the cleanliness of the post
Compliance with quality and hygiene guidelines
Compliance with and enforcement of the HACCP guidelines
What You Bring With You
Completed vocational training (cook)
At least 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable position in upscale gastronomy
Curiosity and enjoyment of new culinary challenges
Team spirit and willingness to help

Creativity and a wealth of ideas

Knowledge of the HACCP guidelines
