About The Role
As Sales Manager Nutraceuticals at DKSH Italy, you will drive commercial growth by expanding market presence and building lasting partnerships. What You Will Deliver
- Drive business growth across new and existing Nutraceuticals market segments
- Deliver accurate forecasts that enable predictable revenue planning and target achievement
- Own sales performance within your portfolio, balancing growth ambitions with disciplined margin management
- Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with customers and business partners
- Lead negotiations and close deals that create lasting value for all parties
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor movements to sharpen DKSH’s competitive positioning
- Represent DKSH at key industry events, trade shows, and forums
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s in science (e.g., Chemistry, Biology),
preferably Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- 3 years of sales experience working with a distributor or manufacturer within the nutraceuticals, food supplements, or food ingredients industry
- Strong understanding together with an established network in Italy within these industries is highly preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Results-driven mindset with excellent time-management capabilities
- Fluent in both English and Italian, written and spoken
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management software and sales analytics tools
