We support partners in delivering innovative Hybrid Cloud, Data Center, Storage, Networking, AI, and Edge Computing solutions, helping customers accelerate their digital transformation journeys.
As a Customer Success Specialist – HPE , you will play a key role in supporting the growth and success of our partner ecosystem by driving engagement, solution adoption, and business development initiatives across the HPE portfolio.
Support customer and partner adoption of HPE solutions, including Hybrid Cloud, HPE GreenLake, Compute, Storage, Networking, and Data Center technologies.
Generate and qualify leads through marketing campaigns, digital tools, events, and the Ingram Micro Xvantage™ platform.
Collaborate with Vendor Managers, Presales Specialists, Marketing, Finance, and Technical Consultants to execute growth strategies.
Monitor pipeline activity, partner engagement, business performance, and customer satisfaction indicators.
Act as a trusted advisor to partners, helping them maximize business opportunities within the HPE ecosystem.
