Responsibilities:Development and execution of Rosenberger's sales activities in the defined regionDevelopment and management of customer relationships across various industriesDefinition of a 3- to 5-year business plan and sales strategy for the marketsPreparation of an action plan to expand existing and new business relationshipsAnnual increase of Rosenberger's revenue and market shareSupport of regional sales channelsSupport in the development and implementation of marketing plansPresentation of RFP/RFQ responsesOrganization of product presentations, meetings, training sessions, etc.Negotiation of customer contracts in accordance with given guidelinesProfile:Completed technical university degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial EngineeringKnowledge of electromechanical components, preferably in an industrial environmentSolid xrdztoy experience in sales, preferably in an international environmentPersuasive personality with strong teamwork skills and flexibilityVery good command of English, both written and spoken, good knowledge of italian is an advantageWillingness to travel required #J-18808-Ljbffr
