Key Account Manager Nord of Italy

The KAM builds and maintains strong relationships with Company's most strategic, high-value accounts, serving as their primary partner to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth. The KAM understands customer needs, coordinates internal teams to deliver solutions, identifies opportunities to expand engagement, and supports long-term planning. This role is essential for maximizing patient and client value, driving revenue from priority accounts, and consistently achieving defined sales targets through proactive communication, problem-solving, and relationship management.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic business plans for assigned key accounts.
Drive sales and market adoption of the product through effective customer engagement.

Identify and target high-potential healthcare professionals and institutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, physicians, and healthcare providers.
Educate HCPs on the product's clinical profile, benefits, and access pathways.
Conduct both in-person and virtual engagements to enhance product understanding.
Analyze sales and market data to identify opportunities and develop action plans.
Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and market access dynamics.
Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to refine strategies.
Compliance & Operational Excellence:
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company guidelines.
Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities and account management efforts.
Participate in company-sponsored meetings, conferences, and training programs.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or related field.
