We are seeking a motivated Legal Counsel to join our Legal Technical Contracts team part of our Legal,
Contracts & Compliance General Division, based in Milan. This internal opportunity is ideal for those looking to expand their impact and grow within the company while continuing to contribute to our shared success.
Your role will encompass:
- Review, draft, and negotiate EPC and O&M; contracts, as well as agreements related to the supply chain (e.g., service contracts, general terms and conditions for the supply of goods), ensuring client interests are protected in collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Provide legal support across a broad spectrum of activities within Renewables Business Unit, including business development, origination, permitting, M&A;, corporate transactions, PPAs, project financing, and construction—primarily in Italy and Eastern Europe
- Advise stakeholders on legal frameworks, regulations, and compliance matters relevant to the construction and energy sectors
