Position: (Associate) Director for Evidence Generation Oversight (EGO) – RWCO
Italy (hybrid or home-based)
We are seeking a senior leader to join our Real World Evidence team as Evidence Generation Oversight (EGO) within Real World Country Operations (RWCO).
You will operate at the center of a global, matrixed organization, driving scalable and compliant delivery across complex projects.
Support proposal development and delivery model definition across the sell–deliver lifecycle
Enable consistent application of the RWCO operating model and collaboration across global teams
Act as a senior escalation and decision-making point for complex projects
Drive risk management and issue resolution across programs
Support commercial performance, including margin discipline and account growth
Contribute to the scalability and continuous improvement of RWE delivery
Qualifications & Experience
Extensive experience in Real World Evidence, clinical research, or evidence strategy
Proven track record in multi-country project delivery and oversight

Experience in client-facing roles and proposal support
Strong scientific and methodological expertise
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving capabilities
