Your role
We are looking for a Junior Creative Content & Communication Support to help us develop and execute Gondolina’s creative communication across social media, digital platforms, events, partnerships and brand projects.
You will work closely with the founders and the marketing team, supporting the creation of content that strengthens Gondolina’s image and helps communicate the brand internationally.
This is not a role for someone who only wants to complete assigned tasks.
We are looking for someone who brings ideas, takes initiative, pays attention to every detail and is willing to support the team wherever needed.
What you will do
* Support the creation of content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, newsletters and other digital channels.
* Help develop creative concepts for campaigns, launches, events and collaborations.
* Create and adapt written and visual content aligned with Gondolina’s brand identity.
* Support photo and video shoots, from preparation to execution.
* Assist with content calendars, scheduling and publishing.
* Write captions, presentations, newsletters and communication materials in English.
* Coordinate content and materials with creators, photographers, partners and external collaborators.
* Help cover events, partnerships and brand experiences in real time.
