If you’re an experienced commercial contracts attorney looking for flexible, project-based work with top tech clients, this is an opportunity to do meaningful legal work on your terms. Candidates must be admitted to practice law in Luxembourg and be in good standing with the Luxembourg Bar.

What You’ll Do
- Review, draft, and redline a variety of commercial agreements.
- Advise clients on contract terms, risk exposure, and negotiation strategies.
- Deliver precise, high-quality legal work with efficient turnaround times.

Requirements
- Licensed avocat in Luxembourg, in good standing with the applicable Luxembourg Bar
- 5+ years of experience focused on commercial contracts
- Experience at a top-tier law firm or as in-house counsel at a technology company
- Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
- Active professional liability (malpractice) insurance
