Area Sales Manager for Avionic, Military and Space Market in Italy

Your responsibilities
Your role – sales responsibility and scope for development
As an Area Sales Manager, you represent ECOMAL in your sales territory Italy and play a key role in expanding sustainable customers relationships in the Avionic , Military and Space market:
- Customer focus: Support and advise existing and new customers in your regional sales area on electronic and electromechanical components, both in person and digitally.
- Business development: You will acquire new customers, identify potential opportunities and establish long-term partnerships.
- From offer to order: You will prepare and follow up on offers, conduct price negotiations and oversee projects from start to finish.
- Target ownership: You will be responsible for sales, budget, and margin, and will realize the jointly defined sales targets.
- Structured sales work: You will analyse ongoing business, create customer profiles, presentations and travel reports, and derive follow-up activities from them.
- Strong collaboration:



You will work closely with the internal sales team and business development department to provide optimal customer service and ensure growth.

Your profile What you bring to the role:
- A degree in business or engineering, e.g., industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in technical sales, ideally in the electronics or industrial sector
- Confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- A goal-oriented, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
- A high degree of independence, flexibility, and willingness to travel
- Strong communication and negotiation skills and a confident manner when dealing with customers
