Amaris Consulting is seeking a Product Owner – Contact Center in Milan to bridge business needs with IT delivery across our Digital Transformation & Customer Experience initiatives. You will own the product backlog, translate requirements into actionable tasks, and collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to optimize Genesys-based solutions.
The role requires 5+ years in PO/BA/consulting within Contact Center or CX, plus fluency in Italian and English and strong Agile experience.
