Your key responsibilities
We're building the outbound engine that will define how legal teams adopt AI at scale. As BDR Team Manager , you'll lead and grow a team of BDRs focused on generating qualified pipeline for Mid‐Market/Enterprise, partnering tightly with AEs, Marketing, and Partnerships to land strategic accounts.
Own pipeline creation for your segment: targets for meetings held, SQLs, qualified pipeline € , coverage, and conversion rates.
Lead, coach, and develop BDRs : weekly 1:1s, call coaching, deal/account coaching, skill diagnostics, performance plans; raise the bar on quality, not just activity.
Build a repeatable outbound system : ICP refinement, messaging frameworks, multi‐threading plays, account plans, sequencing (email/phone/LinkedIn), objection handling, and "next step" discipline.
Operational excellence : forecasting for pipeline generation, dashboarding, QA of CRM hygiene, and tight feedback loops with AEs on lead
