YOUR ROLE
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, we are seeking an energetic and
experienced HR Business Partner Consumer & Marketing to join our HQ Team at
Technogym Village (Cesena,
Italy). You will act as a strategic advisor and
trusted partner to senior business leaders across Technogym's international
markets. You will drive people strategies that support business growth,
strengthen organizational effectiveness, and uphold Technogym's values-led,
performance-oriented culture across diverse geographies. Working in a
fast-paced, matrix-structured organization, you will be an experienced
generalist covering all facets of HR, including Employee Relations, Training,
Development, Communication and Engagement, Payroll, Budget & Personnel Cost
Management, Talent Acquisition, and HR Administration. In this role, you will be
instrumental in managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle and will work
closely with our HQ leadership teams in deploying the Company People Strategy.
