Your Mission in This Role
As Group Corporate Affairs Specialist, based in Milan, you will help us providing legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate and business issues. You'll work closely with Head of Group Corporate Affairs to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow.
More Specifically, You Will
Carry out corporate governance activities and complete timely regulatory filings across the organization, providing support to local functions in drafting and reviewing board materials and minutes, shareholder resolutions, maintaining and ensuring the update of corporate records and generally, discharge all customary tasks of the company secretariat for the group companies worldwide autonomously.
Organise and implement amendments to the corporate governance structure and Board composition of Group entities.
Proactively manage the internal corporate governance digital platform.
Work closely with the Group Compliance Manager for the definition and implementation of the architecture of delegation of powers across the Group.
