etc.;* contribute to the acquisition of new business opportunities;* foster the Research & Development activities in the satellite navigation domain.Located in RomeAs a Satellite Navigation Payload Engineering role within Thales, you will:* Design and development of advanced satellite navigation payloads for space missions* Ownership and execution of Assembly, Integration, Verification, and Validation (AIVV) activities for navigation payloads* Definition and implementation of payload integration and test plans, procedures, and environments* Coordination and management of payload AIVV campaigns, including test setup and troubleshooting* Participation in technical reviews and reporting of AIVV results to stakeholders* Analysis and validation of navigation payload architectures and subsystems* Simulation and performance assessment of payload functionalities, such as signal generation and processing* Investigation and resolution of technical anomalies during AIVV and operational phases* Collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams and external partners to ensure successful payload
