Are you passionate about credit management, customer accounts, and cash collection processes?AdmiralBet, the Italian subsidiary of Greentube GmbH and part of the NOVOMATIC Group, is looking for a Credit Controller to support the management of commercial credit activities and contribute to the optimization of cash collection processes.You will be involved in monitoring receivables, supporting risk evaluation, and ensuring timely collection of payments in line with company procedures.What will you doSupport the management of the accounts receivable cycle, from customer onboarding checks to payment monitoring;Contribute to the analysis of customer creditworthiness (new and existing clients);Apply and monitor credit limits and payment terms in line with company guidelines;Collection ActivitiesMonitor customer aging and support collection activities;Perform payment follow-ups (phone, written communication, and escalation when needed);Support the management of overdue accounts and recovery processes;Reporting & Administrative SupportPrepare regular reports on aging, exposure,
and collection performance;Support monthly and yearly closing activities related to accounts receivable;Cross‐Functional CollaborationWork closely with Sales and Administration teams to ensure alignment on customer accounts;Contribute to maintaining accurate and updated credit data;Who are we looking forDegree in Economics, Business Administration, or Law;2–4 years of experience in similar roles;Basic knowledge of accounting principles and credit management processes;Good analytical skills and attention to detail;Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365 or equivalent);Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;English knowledge is a plus;Experience in the gaming industry is considered a plus;What do we offerCorporate welfare benefits;Hybrid work model based in our Rome office, with lavoro da remoto options;Dynamic and collaborative environment;A structured growth path within the Cr
