ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign, implement, and manage server infrastructure, as well as relational and NoSQL database systems, ensuring optimal performance and security. /liliOversee the full database lifecycle, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades. /liliContinuously monitor database performance and optimize queries, indexing strategies, and partitioning to ensure efficiency. /liliImplement high-availability solutions such as AlwaysOn, RAC, replication, and clustering to ensure business continuity. /liliEstablish comprehensive security procedures, including access control policies and encryption methods; manage backup strategies and disaster recovery protocols. /liliTroubleshoot performance issues and system malfunctions, proactively collaborating with application development teams and system administrators. /liliProduce detailed technical documentation for application and system configurations, ensuring accuracy across all aspects of database management. /liliManage and maintain database environments on private cloud infrastructure, including provisioning, administration, and optimization of pluggable databases (PDBs) within multitenant architectures. /liliMonitor database environments on private cloud infrastructure, using advanced monitoring and alerting tools to proactively identify performance bottlenecks, ensure system health, and maintain SLA compliance. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliUniversity degree or equivalent. /lili5+ years’ experience in the same role, preferably within the financial industry in a complex and international environment. /liliExperience with Cassandra or other NoSQL databases is highly desirable. /liliStrong proficiency in Oracle, SQL Server,
