In this role, you will be a key player in driving regional sales, managing strategic client relationships, and ensuring seamless project execution within high-value and technical construction environments. You’ll operate at the intersection of business development, technical advisory, and project coordination. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and partners across the insulation and waterproofing business. /p h3What does success look like? /h3 ul liProactively engaging in specification sales and prospecting activities to expand diverse client portfolio’s across a predefined area. /li liExpanding the client base and penetrating new market segments. /li liBuilding and maintaining strong, long‑term relationships with key stakeholders including clients, project owners, architects, project developers and strategic installers. /li liEnsuring effective project follow‑up, including coordination of deliveries and management of customer claims. /li liProduct Oversight Site Follow‑up: monitor ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery and product compliance, quality and customer satisfaction. /li liUse data to win:
manage pipelines, opportunities, and ensure all client and site interactions through CRM Power BI to increase efficiency. /li liProviding technical commercial support tailored to client needs. /li liMonitoring payment processes and follow up on outstanding balance /li /ul h3Skills and capabilities necessary to succeed /h3 ul liRelevant commercial experience in specification and / or project Sales. Preferably in the Building Construction industry. /li liUnderstands that all business opportunities begin with a knowledge of creating value for the customer. /li liAbility to work in an international matrix organization /li liAbility to lead one's own work and solution‑oriented approach. /li liPassion to travel, and visiting clients in the region /li /ul h3Business requirements /h3 ul liBachelor or Master degree in a construction‑related field such as engineering, architecture or similar, or equivalent through relevant professional experience; /li liExperience in construction, engineering or technical project support, with the level depending on educational background and practical expertise; /li liStrong understanding of building physics, general construction practices and the ability to interact with stakeholders across the construction value chain.
