ph3JOB PURPOSE /h3 pAs a Beauty Advisor, you will deliver exceptional beauty experiences that convert customers into loyal brand advocates. Through personalized consultations, genuine care and strong product expertise, you will drive sales growth and build long‑lasting client relationships. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liAct as a true Prada Ambassador by consistently demonstrating the brand's values and commitments. /li liShare your passion for beauty, product knowledge and application techniques with customers. /li liLeverage storytelling and beauty tech tools to create engaging and memorable client experiences. /li liBuild strong emotional and empathetic connections with customers through active listening. /li liCapture and utilize client data through CRM tools to develop long‑term relationships and loyalty. /li liBe proactively engaged in cross‑selling within all categories to maximize sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs. /li liCollaborate with colleagues, fostering open communication to ensure an excellent experience and support a positive, inclusive environment grounded in Diversity and Inclusion values. /li liContinuously upskill to adapt to the evolving luxury,
beauty and retail landscape. /li liStay updated on beauty trends. /li liSupport daily store operations, working in synergy with the team to ensure efficiency and excellence. /li /ul h3KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS /h3 ul liPrevious experience in beauty retail. /li liPassion and strong knowledge of beauty fragrances categories. /li liProactive understanding of client needs and desires. /li liSolid knowledge of professional beauty and make‑up techniques. /li liMake‑up Artist certification is a plus. /li liBeing able to work both independently and as part of a team. /li liAmbition, resilience, self‑motivation, result driven and problem solving. /li liFluent spoken English expected.
