Let’s dive right in: /pulliDeliver hybrid Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to end-users in the Milan office and across Southern Europe. /liliAdminister company devices and ensure compliance through Microsoft Intune, managing patches and configurations. /liliImplement and operate security measures using Microsoft Defender and Conditional Access policies, enforcing data protection. /liliCollaborate with regional IT teams to align local operations with global standards and support cross-site initiatives. /liliManage and resolve incidents using ITSM tools like Jira and Zendesk, contributing to process improvement. /liliAct as the primary IT point of contact for the Milan office, overseeing IT asset management, procurement, and local infrastructure. /liliProvide user guidance, basic IT training, and maintain accurate knowledge base documentation. /li /ulbr/h3Your profile /h3pAll right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn’t it? /pulli2-5 years of experience in a combined Level 1 and Level 2 IT support role. /liliDemonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) and Windows operating systems. /liliHands-on experience with ITSM platforms such as Jira, Zendesk, or ServiceNow. /liliFluency in Italian and English (C1) is required, or Chinese (not mandatory). /liliExperience with Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager, Microsoft Defender suite, or Fortinet environments is an advantage. /liliA sound understanding of networking fundamentals including VPN, firewall, and VoIP technologies would be beneficial. /liliITIL Foundation certification is considered an advantage. /li /ulbr/h3Why us? /h3pJoin a dynamic IT team at the heart of our operations in Italy, ensuring the smooth functioning of our technological landscape.
