Regeneron is seeking an Associate Director, Commercial Insights & Analytics International to join our team in Milan on a hybrid basis, supporting Neurology across Europe, Japan and Canada. You will lead analytics, insights and market research, building patient cohorts and forecasts to inform decisions.

You will partner with Commercial Ops and IT, develop account insights, and centralize data management while ensuring clear, practical recommendations for leadership.
