ph3Job Description /h3 pThe POSITION: We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our growing Health Innovation team. /p pIn this client-facing role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding strategic relationships with clients while driving the development and delivery of strategic consulting and projects. Working alongside multidisciplinary experts across strategy, medical affairs, market access, technology, policy, communications, and innovation, you will play a key role in driving both client success and growth. You will support pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medtech, digital health company, healthcare providers and institutional stakeholders in designing and implementing healthcare innovation initiatives across digital health, patient engagement, artificial intelligence, connected care, and innovative models of care. /p h3ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 h3Client Relationship Management /h3 ul liServe as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted relationships. /li liUnderstand client business objectives, challenges, and strategic priorities to proactively identify opportunities for support and growth. /li liTranslate market, healthcare system, and stakeholder insights into actionable recommendations. /li liEnsure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication, responsiveness, and project oversight. /li liManage ongoing client engagements and coordinate activities across multidisciplinary project teams. /li liSupport account planning activities, including client mapping, stakeholder engagement, and growth strategies. /li /ul h3Project Management Delivery Excellence /h3 ul liManage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high standards of execution and client service. /li liLead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of client projects. /li liDefine project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, governance structures, and resource allocation in alignment with client expectations.



/li liMonitor project progress, budgets, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. /li liFoster effective collaboration and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including strategists, medical experts, consultants, analysts, communication specialists, and external partners. /li liFacilitate project governance meetings, status updates, steering committees, and client review sessions. /li liIdentify and mitigate project risks, escalating critical issues when appropriate and implementing corrective actions when necessary. /li liEnsure the consistent quality and accuracy of project outputs and client deliverables. /li liEstablish and track project KPIs and success metrics, providing regular performance reporting to clients and internal leadership. /li liEnsure compliance with relevant healthcare, regulatory, quality, and data privacy requirements where applicable. /li /ul h3Account Growth /h3 ul liIdentify opportunities to expand assigned clients and contribute supporting account development strategies and strategic partnership initiatives. /li liSupport proposal development, pitch preparation, and commercial discussions with prospective and existing clients. /li liCollaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions aligned with client needs and market opportunities. /li /ul h3EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB /h3 ul liTravel: (not frequent: domestic and international) /li liHours: (minimum 40 hours per week) /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in business administration,



marketing or a similar field. /li li3–5 years of experience in account management roles. /li liStrong understanding of healthcare ecosystems, healthcare innovation, and industry dynamics. /li liDemonstrated ability to manage client relationships and multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. /li liStrong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, timeline management, risk mitigation, and quality control. /li liStrong business acumen and experience identifying opportunities, supporting commercial initiatives, and contributing to revenue objectives. /li liExperience developing client proposals, project scopes, statements of work, and commercial recommendations. /li liExperience managing project budgets, financial tracking, and resource allocation. /li liExcellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to develop executive presentations and client-ready deliverables. /li liStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. /li liHigh level of autonomy, accountability, and results orientation. /li liFluency in both Italian and English is essential. /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity and Diversity Statement /h3 pWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
