**Your Opportunity, Your Team
*** The Buyer supports QVC Italy and will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing and merchandising a specific product range in a timely and efficient manner, in order to maximize the company’s net profit contribution.
**Where You'll Work
*** This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite in Brugherio (MB) several days per month; onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company.
* This is a full-time temporary contract

**What You'll Do
** Reporting to the Buying Manager Fashion, you will:
* Source, select, and secure a suitable range of products for QVC that fits the target market.
* Actively identify and secure new brands to expand QVC's portfolio, ensuring we move beyond the existing brand matrix.
* Negotiate the best possible prices and conditions.
* Work closely with the Planning team to review product performance, and to plan and grow the product range.
* Monitor inventory levels, taking accountability for the return-to-supplier process.
* Meet regularly with suppliers to review product performance.
**What You'll Bring
*** At least 2–3 years of experience as a fashion retail buyer.
* A degree in Economics or equivalent; excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
* Strong negotiation and sourcing skills.
* A proactive mindset, strong personal accountability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
* Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate successfully across teams.
