We are seeking an ambitious Project Manager to lead complex data centre construction projects in Italy.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a world-class international contractor, delivering major projects across data centres, semiconductors, batteries, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving delivery, managing large-scale budgets, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and leading cross-functional teams to complete mission-critical projects on time and to the highest standards. Please note: An EU Passport is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of major data centre projects
- Manage budgets, schedules, and quality standards across all project phases
- Ensure full compliance with EHS regulations and internal procedures
- Coordinate and oversee external contractors, suppliers, and partners
- Act as the primary client contact,



ensuring satisfaction and building relationships
- Produce and present progress and performance reports
- Conduct regular project reviews and resolve issues proactively
- Inspire and guide multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives

Candidate Profile

- EU Passport Holder (essential)
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of project management experience on large-scale industrial or data centre projects
- Strong knowledge of CSA, Mechanical, and Electrical systems
- Track record xlwpduy of delivering projects in data centres, semiconductors, advanced manufacturing, or life sciences
- Fluent in Italian and English (written & spoken)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multinational environment
